A waterfront restaurant and bar in Shorncliffe, with sweeping views across the marina and out to Moreton Bay. An easy place to come for breakfast, lunch or dinner, whether you’re catching up with friends, bringing the family, or simply taking time out by the water. With a fresh, seasonal menu and marina views, it’s a place to enjoy good food, good company and a little time by the bay.

Open to members and non members, QCYC offers casual dining Thursday to Sunday, including breakfast on weekends. Book a table or drop in and enjoy a seat by the water.

QCYC is a popular venue for private functions, celebrations and group bookings. With flexible spaces and a waterfront backdrop, it’s well suited to everything from casual gatherings to special occasions.

Events and Live Music at QCYC
Sunday Sounds runs every Sunday from 2pm, bringing live music to the Club in a relaxed waterfront setting. It’s the perfect way to round out the weekend, come down for lunch and stay for the afternoon.
Open Mic Night is held on the last Thursday of each month, offering a laid back evening for local musicians and guests to enjoy live, informal performances in a friendly setting.

I highly recommend the QCYC! We recently held my husband’s 40th birthday party outside under marquee and WOW we weren’t disappointed. They food is amazing, and they catered to our son’s dietary requirements. The staff are so friendly and professional, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is right for you.
It’s now become a regular spot for us to enjoy the live music, food and grassed area for the kids to play on.

“I just wanted to write and let you know about our very first visit to the Sandgate yacht club. We spend half of our lives in Italy, and had not had the pleasure of visiting, till a friend mentioned the club.
We were happy with the menu….more than sufficient for a balmy Sunday on the terrace with a cool breeze blowing. On this occasion, we did not participate in the wine menu, but I did see there were single glass offerings for the designated driver as well as a comprehensive wine list.
We were in 4 people…only two ordering the same plate, and all plates were well presented and tasty. ALL staff were friendly and welcoming, and we will definitely return.”
