The Bribe Cup Yacht Race in an Annual event organised by Queensland Cruising Yacht Club with the support of the Bribie Island Sailing Club.

Held in early to mid September each year this race starts off Shorncliffe, proceeds past Scarborough Point to Deception Bay and finishes near the Bongaree Jetty on Bribie Island.

This race started in 1952 with a single monohull division. The race now boasts up to 4 divisions each year including a multihull division and a classic division.

Following in postponement of the 2011 edition in September, the race will be run on Saturday 19th November 2011.
