Orders are placed by completing a order form which can then be emailed to the club for processing. Please ensure you enter all neccessary information.
Collection of order
If you wish to collect your order from the Club office, please denote this by leaving the postage section of the form blank. Once we receive your order we will email you to confirm receipt and then email you again once your order is ready for collection. Should your chosen item not currently be in stock we will advise you when we expect it to arrive at the club and allow you to alter or change your order.
Delivery of order
If you wish to have your order posted, complete the postage section of the form using the postage chart below. Once we receive your order we will email you to confirm receipt and email you again once your package has been dispatched. All order are posted out via Express Post. Orders should be received within five days of receiving confirmation of your order.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds are not normally given in the event that you simply change your mind. We are happy to make exchanges provided that the orginal item is returned to us in an "as sold" condition. Any postage charges incurred due to an exchange or refund are at the buyers expences
